    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a VM where evaluation license has expired .when try to download software complains not registered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have new eval license. a team member has gone and register uuid and cpu id from the exisiting vm and has got new serial number. but the vm still saying not register. i have deleted all the old licenses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;likely the old serial is still registered (because you re-used the same cpuid/uuid) causing you to still retrieve the old information&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for eval activation you should create a new instance and transport the configuration over from the old eval&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you deactived the old VM? After this you could register it with the new eval license and the box will get the new serial number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
