      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same user complains that the globalprotect connection is dropping not her internet. &amp;nbsp;Where is the best way to troubleshoot this kind of behavior to see if it is really the globalprotect causing the disconnect or drop?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turn on the debug logs for the Global Protect client and make the user disconnect / connect several times with the debug rolling.       <description>&lt;P&gt;So this covers issues where they connect just fine and then for no apparent reason are disconnected and it reconnects on its own?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
