Hello,

Would it be best practice to monitor the HA3 port in Link Monitoring, or is that something the PA would be doing anyway, as its a HA link?

I wouldn't monitor your HA links; you should be getting alerts if there is an issue with your HA group. Trying to initiate a failover when you are having issues with your HA links could lead to more issues then simply temporarly losing HA.
