Was there ever a resolution for this? We are seeing the same thing, but just for Chromebook users from a single country. We've opened a case but wanted to see if there was something obvious that would resolve the issue.

Hello,

I recently did the same thing but I didnt research it much. However the self signed certificate seems like the likely cause. See if there is a way to install the certificate onto the ChromeBook.

Regards,
