Hello

I created AV profile with snmp notification - and this is also wroking properly (test using Eicar test file).

Thx for tip

Regards

Slawek

Hello

I'm on 7.1.7 PANOS and I need to generate traps for testing purposes. I didn't find in manual such CLI command.

please advice me how to generate from CLI or if it's not possible how to make a workaround (ie. using trap on virus condition or so)

With regards

SLawek

I've never seen a test feature for snmp.

Probably the easiest way to test would be to enable snmp traps for config changes and then make a minor change. That should send a trap to your collector.
