I am coming from Forcepoint from a proxy perspective. My questions is, does the Palo Alto support user browsing policies, and user quota times ?

I am looking to have some block list and white list created. I am also wanting to give certain users limited browsing time, i.e., about an hour of browsing time during working hours. Is this possble?

seems to be asked a lot, but I don't recall seeing any response other than no, not directly possible.

I can't gurantee that it somehow isn't doable; but easily and natively the answer would be no. You could utilize the api to move users to seperate groups automatically if you could find a way to log time and add it up to see when it hit an hour, then initiate an api call to actually move the user group into a deny rule.
