Change PAN Education Email Address

Hi All

My current work email address is used to log in to support.paloaltonetworks.com (super user, can add/remove users, see all our assets etc). It is also linked (not sure how) to my PAN Education login/transcript via SSO.

I will be leaving my current company at the end of this week and will obviouously be relinquishing my rights on the support portal and this email addres. I do wish however to maintain access to my personal PAN Education profille. I can't seem to find a way to modify the email address associated with this.

Does anyone know how I can seperate the two, changing the email address to the PAN Education site in the process?

I had a similar issue, you'll need to conmtact support to get them to change it for you.
