What is the difference between pre rules and post rules ? None of my colleagues could answer this question upto my satisfaction.Can I expect expert comments ?

Sorry,my bad !

We have panorama , which is a centralized device for managing PAs in other locations.So, in panorama under policies tab we could see pre rules and post rules .....
