    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing..."The aren't the droids you're looking for."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That aside...To appease the peseants. &amp;nbsp;I'd just do a simple ping to "login.microsoftonline.com" and then to some other service maybe &lt;A href="http://www.msn.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.msn.com&lt;/A&gt; or something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I realize that's a gross over simplifcation of troubleshooting but that's the best you're going to get from the FW perspective.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've got an internal relay it more likely that for whatever reason that relay is delaying the send/receipt of the message or also just as likely the O365 cloud was bogged down for the time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
