DUO MFA Issues

I am trying to test the DUO MFA and have followed the instructions in the youtube video, and in the admin guide. I can reach the https site under normal circumstances and I can see traffic in the traffic logs. As soon as I enable the authentication policy, the site cannot be reached, no new traffic logs are generated, and no authentication logs are generated. Other than the site cannot be reached browser error, I see no other errors. I am trying to use the mgmt interface as the captive portal, and user-id is enabled on the mgmt settings, and the source zone.

Any suggestions on what I am missing?

you'll need to set a dataplane interface as the captiveportal , the managemtn interface cannot provide captive portal services

the user-id setting on the management interface is to share user-ip mapping information with other firewalls
