Hello All,

Need help

1. Decryption is not working in IOS device

2. Outlook is not working in Android via decryption

Silly question I know, but you have installed the decryption root CA cert on these devices right?

If yes: is anyrhing else working on these mobile devices (e.g. webbrowsing) with decryption enabled?

What PAN-OS version do you have installed?

Thanks for your response.

1. Yes we have installed certificate on Android device.(except outlook every application working fine)

2. On IOS device nothing is working via decryption.

Is the root certificate may be an SHA1 certificate?
