    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that fixed the problem. &amp;nbsp;I was definitely checking the box beside the uninstaller. &amp;nbsp;I guess I thought that meant to install the uninstaller!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Installing Global Protect on Mac not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded and installed the latest GlobalProtect for Mac.&amp;nbsp; The install does not show any errors, but the agent does not seem to have started.&amp;nbsp; Rebooted and installed again, but still no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running 10.12.5, Sierra on a 2010 Mac Mini with 8GB of RAM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Installing GP on mac is little tricky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you are not checking both install and uninstall together in the installation prompts(attached). Because it happened to me once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2017-06-16 at 12.15.23 PM.png" style="width: 800px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9759i6A29AED3BE3424B7/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2017-06-16 at 12.15.23 PM.png" alt="Screen Shot 2017-06-16 at 12.15.23 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(or)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Look for GP in the activity monitor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spotlight(or cmd+space) --&amp;gt; type activity monitor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
