Number of hours per user in a certain category

We need the amount of monthly hours in the social media category per month of a user generating this in .csv ... can anyone help me?

The firewall doesn't keep track of time spent in different categories specifically. You would have to generate a custom report and calculate this information on your own.

Would need something like Websense, which does more detailed accounting.

Maybe a well made custom API would be able to do something, but I'm just speculating.
