Hello Guys

i would like know regarding for SaaS report attachment support platform?

because i can't find out about the new platform(PA220 or PA820/850) support note.

the description as below

On PA-200 and PA-500 firewalls, the SaaS Application Usage report is not sent as a PDF attachment in the email. Instead, the email includes a link you use to open the report in a web browser.

On the PA-200, PA-220, and PA-500 firewalls, the SaaS Application Usage report is not sent as a PDF attachment in the email. Instead, the email includes a link that you must click to open the report in a web browser. All other platforms such as PA820/850, the PDF report is sent via email.

thank you for your description.

Yes, we had find out this document then i tried to run the SaaS attachment report, but it only showing or sent the web link on the PA820/850 platform, we can't see any "Export to PDF" button, also i tried other platform such as PA-VM or PA3020, only PA200/220/500/820/850 can't support attachment export.
