Is it possible to whitelist a youtube channel when youtube is blocked by policy?

Thanks for the feedback. However it refers to a single video. Not a channel within youtube. But i appreciate the help.

I think the solution is as the document Nadir told you, that is, you should specific that URL in Allow List of your URL Filtering Profile.

You might also want to add all the urls of that channel to the whitelist. You can add the channel's link to the whitelist for the users to view the channel, but when they click on any video on the channel, it will take them to a different URL, this is why you will need to add each of those URL's to the whitelist as well.
