    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have a (HIP) check list of security requirements (joined domain, antivirus version etc… ) for our user machines must be comply with this list before our VPN user can access corporate servers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We want to add Microsoft Patches (updates) to be a criteria for VPN access but&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;im facing an issue with GP v3.1.6 for patch managment, GP not detecting windows updates as per attached screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone have a solution for this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: our PANOS 8.0.3 &amp;amp; GP v3.1.6-16 i have upgarded the GP version to 4.2 the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="GP V3.1.6.PNG" style="width: 800px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/10431iEB4627B54558569D/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="GP V3.1.6.PNG" alt="GP V3.1.6.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you check the GP client logs, PanGPS.log and PanGPHipMP.log and see if it is reporting any errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be a software isssue, I would suggested to open a TAC case for the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
