    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wanted to close the loop by mentioning that Palo Alto CSR team can move the URL license from one unit to another.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that customer will need to deactivate license in the old unit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then&amp;nbsp;retrieve the license key in the new one and upload it manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can't move a license from one device to another as it is bound to the serial number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll need to reach out to your local sales team to get a license for the other device&lt;/P&gt;</description>
