Please direct me to a link/article regarding moving URL Filtering license from one PA-VM to another.

you can't move a license from one device to another as it is bound to the serial number

You'll need to reach out to your local sales team to get a license for the other device

Hi,

Just wanted to close the loop by mentioning that Palo Alto CSR team can move the URL license from one unit to another.

After that customer will need to deactivate license in the old unit.

Then retrieve the license key in the new one and upload it manually.
