      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to force an update of the GlobalProtect configuration on a windows agent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I`m testing different configurations but the client would update the config, probably because of the "Config Refresh Interval (hours)"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kristian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest deleting the GP PanPortalCfg.DAT file located (by default) at the following path. C:\Users\&amp;lt;Windows User&amp;gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will force the GP Windows Agent to download the Altered config from the Portal rather than using GP config from the Local cache,when a User attempts to connect back&amp;nbsp; to the Portal after disconnection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
