VPN implementation best practice

I have a VPN configuration and testing with my vendor during business production hours. I am new to PA, so I am just wondering if I should schedule this during a maintenance window.

The VPN implementation includes:

- tunnels

- IP addresses

- static routes

- BGP routes

@jac101,

I don't see any reason why this would need to be done within a maintenance window. If configured correctly you won't interfere with anything, but obviously if a route is done incorrectly you could cause a lot of issues. Really it depends on your trust that the route statements you are going to put into place are correct.
