      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've been working with support for three days on this, seems to be okay so far today.&amp;nbsp; It goes in and out of connectivity with our PA-500, and when it's out we get a high number of not-resolved sites.&amp;nbsp; Support reinitialized the BrightCloud DB connection and that fixed it temporarily, then today they raised the maximum number of dynamic URL requests.&amp;nbsp; Support also advised upgrading, since there is a similar known issue with the OS version we're on (6.0.1) which is resolved in 6.0.5.&amp;nbsp; Planning on doing that next week.&amp;nbsp; Glad to know we're not the only ones with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
