      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whats the PAN-OS version? are you using a UID agent running on a windows server? for the users are they logging into a shared server or is it a normal desktop?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like there may be an automated script that's run as 'administrator' that is being picked up by the User-ID. you can add the administrator to the ignore user list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if your deployment uses an agent, add a ignore_user_list.txt file to the install directory and add the administrator in there (one user per line), the agentless deployment has a tab where you can add the users&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;İt is not UID &amp;nbsp;agent running on a windows server.UID is running in NGFW.I dont know the exact version of PAN OS.is it necessery? i can look at and say.it is normal desktop&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're using an old version of PAN-OS I would recommend upgrading to a more recent version to be sure, but&amp;nbsp;I'm fairly sure this issue can be resolved by finetuning the configuration&lt;/P&gt;</description>
