You can see by not having the X on the right that the image doesn't actually exist on your box anymore, but since it's your last content update it will stay in the list as your 'revert' option. Once you install 738-4236 the listing for 735-4213 should be forced off of this list as the 'revert' option will be your currently installed 737-4229.
