Rick factor missing

I am currently on OS 7.1.10 and used to have a rainbow colored bar and the right high hand top on the dashboard that gives me a risk factor number not is show 0 it looks like its broken how can I check and is that possible?

If you have any threats gettting identified you shouldn't be getting a 0. The only time you should rightfully see this is if you are viewing a passive unit.

Yeah and I do I have never see it go to zero before. I am doing an ugrade Friday but if that doesn't fix it I am not sure what to do next.

Well after the upgrade to 7.1.11 and a reboot after a few minutes the risk factor numbers came back, very quirky maybe it just needs rebooted every now and then. We usually upgrade every other month but went three months this time around
