    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7608"&gt;@reaper&lt;/a&gt;, thanks for your help. yes, the command works, but with pan-os 7.0.7 there is a bug that cause several problems if you dont follow all the required steps, in fact even if you have followed all the steps. ----, .. I found this and was very sad, to finish my issue i did: open all my policies -one by one, and change the arget appliance.. ..&lt;BR /&gt;i am moving to pan-os 7.1.11 in a couple of days./ this version fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have a nice day!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have added a new firewall to Panorama. The new appliance shows a onnected state. This is a replacement of a firewall that had failed,&lt;BR /&gt;Now i want to delete the other firewall (with fails) that has several vsys,&lt;BR /&gt;no matter what i do, i cannot to change nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;Is the firsr time that i am trying to do this.&lt;BR /&gt;i had read in a KB that i can to use a cli command but my panorama shows an error.&lt;BR /&gt;I am stucked.. please any help will be very appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is actually a 'replace' command that replaces the ol;d serial number with the new one so you don't need to do any other actions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you'll probably want to remove the new device you added s your config is back to as it was before, and then run the 'replace' from CLI&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
