Panorama License Upgrade

I am currently running Panorama with a 25 device license limit, and I have purchased and need to upgrade to the 100 device limit. It seems the auth code for the 100 licenses is the same as the auth code for the 25 licenses.

When I go to Panorama, Licenses, and click the Retrieve license keys from license server, it doesnt return anything. I tried using Activate feature using authorization code, and enter in the auth code, but it returned Failed to install licenses, auth code already in use.

In my customer portal, it still shows PAN-PRA-25. I have tried to open the Panorama device and retype the auth code, but it returns auth code already in use. Could the licenses have already been upgraded just the name not have been updated to reflect 100?

Is there anywhere in Panorama where I can verify the current license limit?

Thanks!

Matt

@Retired Member,

The AUTH code for this should not be the same; reach out to whoever provided you that auth code and have them verify they gave you the right one, they probably made a mistake and just resent you your existing auth code already.
