      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear MickBall&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;thanks for your reply ,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I lready started with this procedure and follow these steps but still i can't find the user IDs in the palo alto firewall and i can't use the user id in access rules unless i&amp;nbsp; use the IP of the user&amp;nbsp; ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;and also i think the user -ID application that i downloaded in my server it's not the same that apears in the link that you send and i don't know how to find the updated one .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The link is for agentless user id on the palo alto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was not aware that you are using user id agent for your server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the server are you seeing users collated within the logs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
