QoS statistics Graphic monitoring Issue

Hello,

Using PAN-OS 6.1.17.

At first, Bandwidth graph was not showing in both Chrome and IE. The only change I made was adding all the classes into the QOS profile. The classes that were in use by QOS were already showing up in the other statistics tabs before I added them to the profile, so I assumed that they were only required to be added to the profile for specifying Max and Guaranteed Egress. I’m guessing this change is what’s gotten it working intermittently. Any thought on how to fix this intermittent graph display?

Also, my coworker can only view the bandwidth graph in Internet Explorer. How to make it work for Chrome too?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Farzana

Maybe your colleague has changed some parameters in his chrome browser, as the graph works perfectly in all major browsers

Can you elaborate on what you are seeing and how QoS is configured?

The classes need to be defined in a qos profile that's attached to an interface, else there won't be any enforcement of guarantees or limits.

Using 7.1.13 seeing issue only in Chrome, IE 11 works fine.
