Can PaloAlto distingvish between DropBox and DropBox for Business ? We are trying to make rules that denys DropBox, but allows DropBox for Business.

This is actually fairly easy to setup through the use of SSL Decryption or if you utilize Aperture. If you are not utilizing either then it gets to be a fair bit trickier.

Are you currently using Decryption or Aperture?

As far as I know, we only have one app for dropbox for now.

You will have to make a packet capture for Dropbox for Business and regular Dropbox and try to figure out some differences (the URI, some HTTP headers, etc.) between those two captures so you can create a custom app for your dropbox for Business.

Decryption will be mandatory in this case.
