Is there a place to report issues? On GlobalProtect forIOS, you can save your default username for your VPN, and the app pre-populates the field, however it leaves the cursor in the username field. It should, however, start in the password field. It would save users that extra click/tap ever single time they log on. Small thing but would certainly enhance usability.

@wseguin,

I would think you should be able to put this in as a feature request with your SE. I would say that most administrators likely don't allow the saving of the username however, and as a default would actually prefer that the keyboard starts in the username field and not just the password field.

SE = Sales Engineer

This would be the Palo Alto sales engineer assigned to your account.

For changes or feature requests Palo Alto has an internal only database that sales engineers can access for all changes proposed by customers. Each request like yours is then assigned a unique feature request number (FR number). The SE then track the companies that "vote" for each feature in the database for reference to the development team.

If the feature you are looking for already exists, your company vote is added. If it does not exist the entry is created and assigned an FR number.

You can then share the feature and FR number here and ask others to also vote for the feature.
