We use SSL decrypt in our enviroment with a PA-500. In Internet Explorer this works well and the users doesn't get any messages. But with firefox the story is different, for each page they open they need to add an exeption. This is quite frustrating so I really want to fix this. The question is, how can I fix this?

Hello,

1) As Panos said, clear the cookies of the browser and install the certificate into the browser's certificate ring.

Reference docs: SSL Decryption Certificates >>> how to Load CA Certificates into Common Browsers

2) Go to Firefox tab and open a "New private window" and try to open the same page. Private window should get rid of all browser cookies.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
