can you try rebooting (unplug-replug) and see what happens

a PA-200 is a little slower to boot up but should not take 30 minutes after a factory reset (after an upgrade this could be possible)

If the problem persists, you may want to go into maintenance mode again and try running some diagnostics : https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/Management-Articles/How-to-Run-a-Hard-Disk-Drive-Performance-Test/ta-p/53641

Hi, I'm also experiencing this on my PA 820. Did you found out the root cause?

Unfortunately, no. I simply re-established the factory state.
