It's specifically meant for issue and project tracking, but you can grow it to include a lot of other tie ins. For example there are different CMDB systems that integrate with Jira so that you can keep track of assets within the tickets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you aren't looking to spend any money Freshdesk has a free teir that works pretty well, but you it's deffinately more of a 'freemium' thing. I know that some people really like SpiceWorks, but I've always thought it was a little bit of a pain. OSTicket is one of the best trully free ticket systems that you can self host, but it isn't really that pretty and can get a little annoying at times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
