Panorama upgrade 8.0.2 to 8.0.8 wont boot

Just tried to upgrade our m100 from 8.0.2 to 8.0.8 and it after it installed and rebooted it never came back up. Has anyone ever run into this problem?

Like the m100 is dead and doens't give console access; or it just wasn't accessable outside of console access?

We had kind of similar situations with our firewalls. They are connected with the console port to a cisco terminal server. This device sent some sort of characters to the console port ar boot which stopped the boot process of the firewall. We then had to send the "return" character to make the firewall continue with the boot process...
