Do you have any more information about what is actually happening outside of getting redirected to Bing? With Decryption enabled or disabled I'm not having any issue opening airfrance.com or airfrance.us.

when user want to access website ,the browser still alot of time to download the page then no download any thing

then

we set the "Travel"category on the no decryption rule to bypass the decryption but still the problem is existing

@AhmedEmam,

I don't believe this is an issue with your firewall or your configuration. Do you have any way to verify that you can access the site in front of your firewall? My guess would be that this too wouldn't function.

I will check with server front of palo alto

but i want to confirm with you that if i set any site/IP address on no decrypt rule ,Is there problem should be resolved if related to palo firewall?

That would only address the issue if it was actually a decryption issue.
