Erros when update software and signature in PA 2050 v 4.16

I am newbee

When i update software and database for Antivurs, threat prevention

But i met a erros:

Failed to install with the following errors. Image File Authentication Error Failed to load /opt/pancfg/mgmt/sw-images/PanOS_2000-4.1.7

Pls hepl me!

my version is : 4.1.6

i want update to 4.1.7 and update database for antivirus...

Please have a look at this doc.

Please re-install the current pan-os 4.1.6 and this should not cause any traffic interruption or loss of data. But for safe side as the doc mentioned please backup your configuration.

Also make sure that the logged in user is allowed to perform system upgrades.

If you are logged in with a user which lacks this feature you can still initiate an upgrade but after a few minutes it will fail.

From the screen shot, I believe he is logged in as admin so we can rule this out.
