hello, I had a similar problem when I tried to update the content, I could download but can't install and the issue was fixed doing a Factory Reset.

You did a factory reset of your whole firewall? I don't have the option to do that, so since I have an HA pair, the primary had updated, so I turned on synch and push it over from the primary and that worked
