Unable SSH to Palo Alto firewall via SSH2

Hi everyone,

Now I can access webui normanly but I can't access to Firewall Palo Alto via SSH2 with the same account. When login with SecureCRT, it appears notification : Password Authentication Failed. On palo alto appears notification : Failed password for 'account name' from 'x.x.x.x' port 64249 ssh2.

Please help me fix this error.

Hello,

Looks like its an incorrect password? However as @BPry mentioned in the other post. Please try and restart the management interface and see if that helps out.

Hi,

can you try removing any special characters from the password and try, in case the restart of management does not resolves the issue.

I don't thinks so. I try my password to access to webui and it connect normally.
