      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are using a self signed cert for your portal and the root CA which signed the portal cert is not in the local cert trust store of this computer, right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;obtain a valid cert (make sure to use SANs) or if using a self-signed cert that you generated make sure the root CA that issue the cert is in the trusted root CA store on the device&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The root cert which signed the self signed portal certificate must be imported into the "Trusted certification authorities" folder on the clientcomuter (required admin privileges)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
