    <description>&lt;P&gt;it has been resolved, we already used format and Disk diagnosis to recovery it, because can not activity the swm process of management plane.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Palo Alto upgrade and download fail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I ask one question for the appliance upgrade and system error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My appliance cannot install the any version PANOS even i tried install same version, ( current version is 8.0.7 )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it always sent me the message as below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1526038806034.jpg" style="width: 398px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15150iB1F63B4547BA9AEC/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1526038806034.jpg" alt="1526038806034.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also i tried downgrade to base img ( 8.0 ), system still display same message already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;finally i tried reboot appliance and did previous action, nothing can be change for this appliance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the part of download, it always show me message as below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1526038806034.jpg" style="width: 398px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15152iF8E454446F78CD00/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1526038806034.jpg" alt="1526038806034.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems like one way to resolve this problem is format to factory default right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have someone can help it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I also tried delete log, previous img and reboot)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;looks like a sysroot partition may have gone 'missing', there may be a defect on your harddrive..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;could you try booting into maintenance mode and running some disk diagnostics?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you may need to have the disk replaced&lt;/P&gt;</description>
