Panorama support license upgrade

Hello,

I am just trying to upgrade support license of Panorama VM from 100 devices to 1000 applying the Auth code received for PAN-SVC-BKLN-PRA-1K. It is failing with message "Failed to install licenses. An initial license cannot be applied for renewal of license." Also commands request license info or request support info are failing (not producing reasonable output) Anybody who can point to Panorama specific licensing documentation ? I have actually not found anything about license upgrade.

Hello,

You might want to call support on this one since it involves licensing. They can verify its a good license and make sure its applied correctly. I'm not sure if resources , RAM and CPU, come into this but it might since its a 10x increase.
