I don't think IPv6 Geo databases have been added just yet. I would check and see if your SE can find a feature request for this and add your vote to it, or have him create one if one doesn't already exist.

This is not yet implemented but is planned in a future release based on the feature request (FR) information.

You can check with your local SE to have your vote added to the FR (NSFR-I-19119).

I would like to let you know that recently released PAN-OS 12.1 has support for IPv6 Geo location database: IPv6 Geolocation Support.
