What is the problem exactly ? The sites don't open ? Access blocked ? ...

I see that the 2 examples are HTTPS sites ... are you doing decryption on these ?

Have you checked the logs or the global counters for anything that could indicate any issues ?

For now I can only say to check the logs and/or global counters for more information.
