sync to peer failing

all of a sudden my sync to peer is failing anything I need to look at?

Couple things that I would look to start off with:

1) Does the peer have a commit lock

2) Restart the management server on the passive device to make sure that global.xml hasn't been lost.

That would be where I start.

No commit lock on the peer, my next step was to reboot the peer PA but it finally synced so I opened a ticket to make sure nothing was wrong with it
