    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18719"&gt;@jdprovine&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couple things that I would look to start off with:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Does the peer have a commit lock&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Restart the management server on the passive device to make sure that global.xml hasn't been lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would be where I start.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43480"&gt;@BPry&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No commit lock on the peer, my next step was to reboot the peer PA but it finally synced so I opened a ticket to make sure nothing was wrong with it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
