Can anyone provide the End User License Agreement for the Palo Alto cloud Logging Service (cloud app using Panorama)?

There are a few, you can get them at customer support portal (support.paloaltonetworks.com), under Quick Actions on the top left, choose Register a Device. On that page, hit the "Register New Device" and click Submit (it defaults to Serial Number or Auth code, which is correct).

Finally on that page, the EULA and Support Agreement are linked.
