When user is connected via global protect. How can destop support person connect to user pc who is logged in via global protect. I tried with desktop connected to global protect and then trying to access user pc who is also connected via global protect. Since users connected via global protect are in VPN zone. Allowing VPN intrazone traffic doesnt show anything in the logs.

Do you route everything into the GlobalProtect VPN tunnel? And if not, what does a traceroute show? Or: if the traffic falls into the default intrazone allow rule, do you log that traffic?

You may need to add a static route that routes the GlobalProtect ip range onto the tunnel interface

If you haven't added a route, only 'inbound' connections will be routed properly

We manage connected devices via a trusted zone to vpn zone allow policy.

All of the previous comments need to be in place though,,,

never tried from GP to GP.
