Can someone please recommend an Email Server Setting that will work for Email Threat Notifications on a PA-220 ?

I have tried the Gmail Server - ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM and it is not working
Please provide a step by step example for how i can configure email threat notification
Please provide some email servers that does not use TLS as well
that works with the PA-220

I have both my ISP and company mail server that work just fine with TLS

in google you can apparently choose to allow an IP rather than use authentication:

In the Authentication section, check one or both boxes to set an authentication method:

Only accept mail from the specified IP addresses—The system only accepts mail sent from these IP addresses as coming from your domains.
Require SMTP Authentication—Enforces the use of SMTP authentication to identify the sending domain. Using this option requires your clients to connect via TLS.
