Bloom Filters are essentially the username and password hashes used for the User-ID credential service. The credential service forwards the bloom filter to the user-id agent and then this bloom filter is used to detect usernames and password hash submissions when using the credential guard features.

I don't think this issue would be purdenant to a user-id not working with a security policy. Does the firewall properly show that user assigned to the ip-user-mapping?
