Hello:

We have the same issue here, we always get it after an authentication error on captive portal.

We have PAN 4020 3.1.8

I got same issue on PA4050 3.1.8

As TAC says, this is degrade of bug#26045

and this will be fixed in 3.1.9.

It's not solved in version 3.1.9.
