    <description>&lt;P&gt;i suspended both firewalls in active and passive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still see HA1,ha2 links up on both&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this default behaviour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will firewall pass the traffic in suspended state?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
