&lt;P&gt;You will need to manually download the software image from the support portal and upload + install it on the firewall&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Although I don't have a way of verifying that at the moment, I recall encountering a similar issue on a PA-500 at a customer who had simply never even registered the box and never did an upgrade while under support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
